Each Distributor, by means of a Power of Attorney, may only authorize two (2) persons to purchase a product using the Authorization Letter Form for the purchase of an individual product and/or the Authorization Letter for the purchase of a corporate/legal entity product, as applicable.
The Authorization Letter is granted for personal use, not by Distributor number. Example: if an Authorization Letter is granted to the Distributor who holds contract 001..., the Co-Distributor of this contract cannot buy with that Authorization Letter.
The persons to whom the Distributor grants the power of attorney for the purchase of the product must be in the same city as the Distributor's residence and must not have been Distributors who withdrew from the contract.
Persons who are granted product purchasing power from other Distributors only may receive up to five (5) Authorization Letters for product purchases.
The duration of the Authorization Letter for the purchase of product is one calendar year, being automatically inactivated.
